A1 Rentals makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding the performance, safety, or suitability of any rented equipment for a specific task. Customers are responsible for inspecting equipment prior to use and operating it in accordance with all safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions. A1 Rentals shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse, improper operation, or negligence.
Terms & Conditions - The Basics
By renting from A1 Rent All, the customer agrees to return all equipment in clean, undamaged condition by the due date. Customers are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss occurring during the rental period. Additional fees may apply for late returns, cleaning, or repair. Identification and payment information may be required at the time of rental.
All rentals are subject to availability and must be used in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws. A1 Rentals reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any rental agreement at its discretion. Use of equipment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
